    I also experienced neck pain when using an inexpensive mini trampoline. When I switched to a good one, Cellerciser in my case, I was able to bounce pain free. It really does make a difference.

    Ahem....just to add, if U have a really bad back then just sit down on your butt and bounce on your butt up and down once U've generated enough momentum it's enough to get the blood flowing and push the lymphatics...once U are stronger and U can bounce on two legs a just very lightly. U don't need much bounce per once. Just 10minutes 3 times a day is sufficient... Until U are more used to bouncing for a month or so..Hah..and besides if U up and going the bouncing feeds your lumber discs by sucking in more moisture and liquid into your discs...bouncing is real boon for any ailment... Especially for the ladies it will put back 18%bone density into your back or add to your bones in general. Over a period of 6 to 18months. Depending how often U exercise .Easi Peasi. All the Best...Just to add , do a little stretching before and after U get on the trampoline or rebounder...Happy Hopppin. 😊😅😂

    This lady is right! The HEALTH BOUNCE is where it's at with this and even the stiff cheep rebounders work fine when done only 2 minutes a couple times daily. Of course if demanding arobic exercises are what is desired one MUST pay for a more expensice soft rebounder or the hard impact of cheep brands can cause injury.

    Thanks! I got one a few years ago but found that jumping on it hurt my neck, probably bc of an old whiplash injury years ago. So I quiet rebounding.But your video is very encouraging bc you show that all it takes is a little movement to do the trick. Yay!

    Thanks. What methods of examination did he use exactly? Are there metal-free bridges and crowns, and which do not damage healthy teeth? And how come psychiatrists ignore physical health , even that which can cause pscychical issues, such as metabolic problems Schizophrenia?And wht does a patient have to be, do or have in order to get proper, serious, service-minded examination(s) and adequets body-psychotherapy? I really want to know, have sought and got mostly wrongly treated(=not therapy) for 42 years.What do many psychiatrists do with thjeir conscience, do you know? Thank you very much, and glad that you got help. After decades of untreated dental/-jaw issues with inflammations from stres, sleep deprivation, trauma, can it be too late? Please answer=help if you have the time. Thanks..

    What would be the difference of just doing jumping jacks?

    • @goodbarbenie5477
      @goodbarbenie5477 2 місяці тому

      The difference is the stress on your spine and discs. With rebounding there is zero stress on your joints and spinal column. 😊

    Everyone should rebound. Rebounding is something that everyone can do. I got a Cellerciser not too long ago and I can’t imagine life without it. 😌❤️💪

    Infection moved back to part of under jaw that infection was removed from 3yrs ago. Was left hanging to deal with infection remaining in 2/3of my jaw still. Was under severe antibiotic treatment 4×/day for 2weeks and infection is now all over the whole jaw bone again. Heart & kidney issues now. Pain is consistent now&extremely intolerable & I refuse to put any medication in my body for several yrs now. Suicide is all I think about from this consistent horrific pain throughout the jaw bone.

    Thing is, I wonder if a lower cost rebounder will be hard on your body in the long run because they're really cheaply made.

    • @patwagner9308
      @patwagner9308 5 років тому

      Boy, I don't know if you'll see this....it's 5 yrs. since you commented. The woman who is in this video is ill-informed. The low-cost trampolines are NOT a good idea for exercising. They are not made for it. Watch Dave Hall's videos. He developed the Cellerciser which is considered the best in the rebounder world. Before he developed the high quality rebounder, his own dad started using an inexpensive mini-tramp. In less than a month, he bottomed out on it one day & suffered permanent nerve damage as a result. The inexpensive trampolines are not made for exercising. Dave's Cellerciser has patented springs, a heavy duty mat that won't stretch or rot or fray & IS made for exercising. Yes, to answer your question...a lower cost rebounder can not only be hard on your body, but it could result in permanent bodily damage.

    Is the following correct, and therefore Ceylon Cinnamon is a preferred source?.... Germany has banned the usage of Cinnamon Cassia due to high amount of Toxin compound Coumarin. Ceylon Cinnamon has between 2-5 ppm of coumarin compared to Cassia (2000-5000 ppm). Ceylon Cinnamon has about 0.001 milligram of Coumarin per teaspoon. Cassia has 1000 times more Coumarin than Ceylon Cinnamon.
